Our Team

Thanks to our association with Appfolio Property Manager, we are able to run our portfolio of single family homes, townhomes, condominiums and multi-family rentals, with just a few key individuals. All supported by general maintenance personnel and great subcontractors.


Our offices are centrally located in Littleton, Colorado. The accounting department and our leasing coordination are in house.


Hal Hultquist heads up our team with 40+ years of property management and real estate experience.

HAL HULTQUIST

President

Hal Hultquist has been involved in various aspects of the real estate industry for over 40 years.  Previously, Hal was President of CPM Corporation in Southern California which was a Receiver Management Company that handled over 800 property management assignments during its 6 years of operation.  Prior to the establishment of the CPM Corporation Hal was President of EC Equities, Inc., a Southern California property management company that specialized in in Receiver and REO management.  From 1988 to 1992 Hal was Vice President of Development and Property Management for Devcal Industries, Inc., a company established as an affiliate of the Oxford Development Company to develop and build several multi-family apartment projects for the Kemper Insurance Companies.  From 1982-1988 Hal was Executive Vice President of the Tierra Investment Company which was a development and energy company in San Antonio Texas.  Prior to that Hal was the National Director of Property Management for R&M Financial Corporation with multi-family assets throughout the United States.
