Rental Pricing/Fee Disclosure

Total Monthly Housing Cost (Amount Due Per Month) Includes all Mandatory Charges Rent/Non-Rent fees except for government taxes and separately billed utilities, optional charges, if applicable.


Some costs, such as utilities and optional services, are subject to change based on provider rates, tenant usage, or other external factors. The total price may vary accordingly.


Mandatory Monthly Charges Rent/Non-Rent

Explanation of Charges

  • Base Rent - Income Restricted: Affordable Housing Program/Below Market Rent Program Rent and Income guidelines determine eligibility.
  • Rental Application: Required for all applicants + additional persons be added to a unit.
  • Liability to Landlord Insurance: Tenant(s) fails to provide Renters Insurance or allows a lapse in policy.
  • Payment Processing Fee: Cost free method: mail/deliver payment to office by due date.
  • Early Termination of Lease (Break Lease) Fee: [Variable]
  • Addendum to add/remove tenant: Add/Remove occupant to existing lease. Added occupants must submit application and be approved. Application fees apply.
  • Administrative Fee: Administrative work beyond standard operating procedures. Lease amendment, maintenance coordination, etc. requested by tenant(s).
  • Taxes: Not included in Total Price; subject to provider rates.
